You can also spend a day or two walking around reading all the info about Monroe’s history, as well.     "All of my neighbors look out for each other. We have eachothers backs without being too nosey. Most of us have surveillance cameras setup around the outside of our homes so it would be incredibly difficult for a crime to happen and no one notice it. Its a very secure and safe feeling."
