Studio/ADU in a secluded, safe neighborhood in Vista, south of 78 freeway with great views. In-unit washer/dryer, kitchenette, large, tiled bathroom and walk-in closet. Close to dinning and shopping area, easy freeway access. Lots of outside space, plants and fruit trees. All utilities included in rent (SDGE, high speed internet, water/trash, landscaping).

Viewings will begin on 7/15, evenings only 5:30-7:00 pm and Saturday afternoons by appointment only. Priority to those with applications submitted. Please do not walk on property without an appointment.

And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "
