About this House

Private, bright, spacious studio with own entrance in quiet neighborhood.

We've had 3 amazing tenants in the last 11 years who have all stayed at least 2 years and have only moved out due to moving out of the area. We do month to month just because life happens but we are looking for someone who plans on staying at least a year.

Our amazing tenant got a new job and is moving. We have a spacious private studio available Oct 1st and are looking for another person who meets these requirements:

- 1 occupant
- no pets
- non smoker of any kind
- does not work from home

    "Dog owners, even on the easements, pick up after your dog. The county pocket lacks adequate street maintenance so it is up to the home owners to clean up what is left behind. And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "
