Shared full bath with personal cupboard space and access to washer and dryer (Washer and dryer are not guaranteed to be replaced or repaired by Landlord). Shared living space with A/C heating unit. Shared fully equipped modern kitchen with spacious a pantry and large rerigerator/freezer. Access to patio in backyard. Up to 3 or 4 occupants in the home sharing cost of electric, internet, water, sewer and other agreed upon home services. First come first serve parking space in front of home or street parking. Two dogs currently on property in fenced off area. No other pets allowed with the exception of service dog which can get along with existing dogs. Walking to charming downtown Vista and theater. Close access to Hwy 78. Clean and sober residents.

6 month lease. Smoking permitted outdoors. No drugs or alcohol on premises. Tenant shall keep the premises reasonably clean and sanitary. Any maintenance issues or damage to the house to be reported immediately to the property manager. Tenants shall use appliances and fixtures properly, and not intentionally or negligently damage the premises. Tenant shall not make alterations or additions without landlord's prior written consent unless otherwise allowed by law. No subletting or unauthorized tenants. Tenants may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for the reasonable cost of repairing damage caused by tenant, ocupants or guests beyond reasonable wear and tear.
