Available on 1 March (current tenant has purchased their own house, so it's possible it could be available sooner, depending on how their move goes). Pets negotiable on a case-by-case basis. We were there 4 years, schools are truly the BEST and the commute to the Pentagon was a breeze by slugging. Minimum 1 year lease, multi-year possible as well.
