 I can rent this home for short term, or I can do a full year or anytime in between. This is a very private end unit that not only faces Pohick Park, but you can see the park from three sides of this unit. You can see in the picture with my tenants bad mitten set up just how large the front yard is. If you like nature will really like this setting. Nice brick, 3 level, end unit town home in West Springfield. It has: four baths, six foot fenced back yard, ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths, some hardwood, french doors overlooking the back yard and park.
You will have two assigned parking spaces one of which is under a nice shade tree. Shopping and buses are both very close-by. If you like to swim you will also have the use of the swimming pool as well as tennis courts, at no additional cost.
 You will see both the deer and fox!! Enjoy the walking paths right out your front door.
This unit is very clean and has always been smoke and bug free.
I am looking for someone that is respectful of neighbors, pays the rent on time, takes good care of the property, has a good credit, keeps it clean and is a non-smoke free. Some pets are ok check with me as it's a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in this unit then you must call me. I am offering the option to buy if you are qualified. Somehow my bedroom pictures have vanished from my computer, I will say the master bedroom is quite large though.
