    "This area is convenient for commuters and is close to hiking, cycling, dog park as well as a quality neighborhood store. Lots of schools (private and public) close by. Can walk to the civic center for festivals and public events and top entertainment. The closest fwy entrance is ahead of the worst southbound traffic in the morning commute which is tremendous - you are not it the back up. "
