But drivers really should slow down for children playing and a bunch of wild life, baby deer, etc. While walking or hiking watch out for coyotes. They are always around here and not at all scared to come close to people, could be dangerous to small pets and children. "

        "It is a gated community. It is a quiet neighborhood with children playing. It is a very safe neighborhood. There are wild turkeys that roam around as well as deer, raccoons and squirrels to name a few. The houses have great views of the surrounding mountains and there are private balconies or patios on all of the houses. It is a great neighborhood to live in with lots of trees and lots of foliage."
