Perfectly situated on a cul-de-sac, landscaped to captivate, with a private breezeway entrance to charm, you’ll have an enticing first impression entering the property! The front stone patio features a retractable awning & is surrounded by lawn & garden space galore! The secluded rear brick patio is designed with a pergola-covered seating area & sided by a short court for basketball/sports enthusiasts. All sit on a particularly private large flat lot with views of the Rocky Mountains – a great play space for all ages! Vaulted ceilings elevate the living room & the many large windows & easy indoor-outdoor access provided by sets of sliding glass doors add the distinction of open space & an abundance of natural light to the interior. Pristine red birch floors are fashion fabulous - wider planks stained in lighter colors favored today. A grand stone fireplace graces the living room with the formal dining room pleasantly situated between a patio & the gourmet kitchen. High-end stainless steel appliances, custom granite countertops harboring a distinctive enamel sink & real wood cabinets with bottom pull-out drawers all provide convenience for you to make the feast! Dimmable recessed lighting is built in abundance throughout the house to create special background ambiance…and very prominently in the kitchen amidst the architectural detail in the ceiling. The newly finished lower level is a delight, sporting open space for you to enjoy your game tables & big TV, with a vintage-designed wet-bar, a collector’s room replete with stained-glass window & the refined ¾ bath. With light entering from plentiful windows, it could also become a fabulous office for work-from-home family members! Within a stone’s throw is the community retreat featuring a sizeable pool, tennis/pickleball courts & a club house with a kitchen available for your special events. BTW, the 2-car garage is outfitted with an electric car-charging port (220v) …& the Tesla is for sale, too!

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePoor leadership means poor academics, low standards, and empty promises. Principal Pramenko is a failure of a leader who does not take responsibility for her lack of accountability. Mobs of parents have tried to get her fired from the School Board and they still have her there. So sad. Not a school I would EVER recommend in the Denver area.Parent Review1y ago - Newton Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is entering 7th grade at newton and they truly made his entire 6th grade year a living hell. The principal and assistant principals are horribly rude and tried to hard to kick my son out for every little thing he did. Example: a classmate "pantsed" my son and pulled his shorts down, staff saw and did nothing. My son did it back to the student and he was suspended for 10 days. If you dont fit their cookie cutter mold they try and force you out. I wish i could send my son absolutely anywhere else but i am a single mom working full-time and moved to be closer to my kids schools so they could walk to and from and now that seems like a huge mistake. Dont send you kid here, youll regret it.Parent Review8mo ago - Sandburg Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been very impressed and pleased with the curriculum and sense of community at this school. While the facilities are in need of some improvements (the gym is small and dank, there is no stage/theater and the cafeteria is depressing, but the library is updated and cute), the overall educational experience has been great.Kids engage in lots of creative and challenging learning activities that strive to meet them at their level. My son has had wonderful teachers, made steady progress and he runs into school excitedly every day.I do think there could be more opportunities for communicating with parents directly about their individual students, but the school does send regular updates about community events.Parent Review5mo ago - Littleton Prep Charter School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school! Teachers and administration are wonderful, and facilities are very nice! One of the few schools in the Denver Metro offering Orton Gillingham which makes it really stand out. The teachers, principal and all the staff supporting have gone above and beyond with our children. We feel blessed to be at this school!Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 7289 S Cook Circle.
