Newton Middle School

Wonderful school. Small size. Same teachers have been there for years. My kid loves going to school, is progressing well, and enjoys his time at the after-school ‘bear club.’ Would highly recommend.

I Went here a while ago but i almost took my own life because of the bullying and back-talking i endured.i dress alt and constantly would tell the teachers im getting picked on. only a few cared. my favorite sub did all he could when a few girls in our grade got S/A'ed but still the kid who did the nasty things to me and others got off with a slap on the wrist. They dont speak much of mental health and when i tried talking to someone they didnt care. I thank the music teacher for inspiring me and actually caring for the kids.

Refuse to even pay attention to my custody. Orders and are continuing to enroll my child. Despite having paperwork from the court stating I have fifty-fifty decision-making rights with my child's education and daycare choices, and they are not willing to give me incident reports or report cards at the time that they are issued. It takes me several months to get it from the administrator. And they have told me that they will do all communication through my ex-wife

We have loved our experience at Aspen Academy thus far. I was concerned about my son switching schools but he has absolutely thrived and has come home happy since day 1. The school does a wonderful job of creating a community - it's not just a school, it's a place for families to connect in bond in their children's place of learning. The school does an excellent job of emphasizing cultural celebrations.
