"It’s a good place, no homeless people wandering around or crack heads. I also been living here for a year, so I can’t really say much."
  • Joe Y.
"It’s nice. No side walks, but there is a trail right down the street that takes you to a creek. This neighborhood is filled with businesses, but thats better than a lot of neighbors. It’s nice and quiet at night. "
  • Gindtc

  • Cynder G.

"nothing really, just run of the mill good place to live. great neighbors and neighborhood where it's safe for kids to play outside alone."
  • Lonetta B.
"It’s cool I like it, love the pound and walking the trail. Nice park! Good luck people! Love this area "
  • Cynder G.
"I live at 76th and Old Seward and am buying a house on 79th. This area is great because of it's fast access to major shopping and eating establishments. It's got fast access to the trail system within a couple blocks and Taku lake is beautiful. My favorite part is that even though this neighborhood is in the center of everything with great access to Seward Highway, it's also very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. "
  • sparksrt69
"Good place to raise children. Subdivision is separated from C street by a nice landscape wall. No through traffic on side streets."
