Front porch, new vinyl windows throughout, Clawfoot tub w/shower. Gas heater in living room, refrigerator and gas range. Back porch/cold storage area off of kitchen. Shared laundry on site.

Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent per pet. Older pets not used to being kenneled, do not need to be kenneled nor do they need to be fixed.

Our properties are smoke free and party free. $35 processing fee per applicant. $500 Hold Deposit.
