Description

Hi there! We are currently trying to find new people for our current house. It's a side by side townhouse, and your side has a large fenced in yard surrounded by lilacs. There are only two of us and we use the third bedroom as an office, but for three people there is enough room throughout the house. Great pantry space, many windows all with new cordless blinds. Two floors, where the bottom floor has an entry way, kitchen, and two living rooms. Upstairs is where the bathroom and bedrooms are. Laundry is done in the basement of the unit next door and great for some extra storage. It's $0.75 cents per load. Please contact us to set up a time to come tour the place, or to ask any questions. We are here until the end of the month, but before we leave,the house will be extremely clean and carpets will be shampooed/ professionally cleaned.

Financial details
Rent $1025 per month (Includes garbage and water)
You pay electric (Minnesota power), gas, and internet (spectrum)
($ Heat and sewage was around $100 in January, and about $30 last month in June. )
Spectrum is $49.99 for internet. Electric for us is about $25 per month.
With Dog (or cat)+$50 dollars per month and a $250 non refundable pet fee. $50 per additional animal, and $200 refundable deposit.
With Cat it's the same details with the dog.
$35 dollars per person for background check.

You'll need first months rent, and a deposit of $1050. This part will be worked out and arranged with our landlord.

The following is a message from our current landlord: Please note, cats do not need to be declawed as stated in the pet addendum. Older/elderly dogs do not need to be kenneled or fixed. Once we hear back from you, we can see if this unit would fit your needs and schedule a viewing. All of our residents have excellent credit, excellent background check, excellent prior rental reference and verification of combined income of at least 2 1/2 to three times the monthly rent (unless you are a student). All of our student residents provide a parent guarantee of rent for each student. All of our rentals are smoke-free/party free units. Let me know if you have questions and have a great week.
