French doors lead to Living room and then two more smaller sized bdrms, a new bathroom an oak Kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, Range and a fridge. Walk in Pantry off kitchen and a back foyer also. Storage in bsmt (lockable), laundry in bsmt, one off street parking spot dedicated to you only.

Gas heat and hot water (radiators/Cast iron and very comfortable). Meter goes in tenant name and tenant controls thermostat.
Elec is separate and goes in tenant name.
water and sewer is in landlords name and tenant pays $30/person/month towards that bill.

Tenants will pay for animals/Depending on size, age, type etc. (too complicated for the Zillow forms to describe). negotiable. Lease is also not a 12 month and will end a year from End of may. 5/22/2027 most likely (optional to stay past that date also).

Smoke; None allowed always has been smoke free/Weed not an Exception.
