About this House

2 Bed + 1 Bath + 1 Office in East Hillside. Recently updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful white cabinets, and wood counter tops. The main floor includes one bedroom, a formal dining space, a living room, and a full bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom and an office. This home also has a large backyard perfect for a fido or the kids, not to mention the beautiful lake view from the deck.

Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1500 as well as electric, gas, sewer, and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
