Slight view of Lake Superior from front bedroom, front porch and living room. The main floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen. The second floor has a bedroom, an office (or second small bedroom) and a bathroom. The 2nd floor has slanted ceilings in the bathroom, bedroom and office. The kitchen has tile flooring. Ceiling fans in the lower and upper level. This little house is near the alley and has off-street parking off of the alley, gas range and gas furnace. The bathroom has a tub w/shower. Vinyl windows/screens throughout. This unit has a open front porch, and an enclosed back entry. Off Street Parking, shared laundry on site in a separate building.

Current resident said that the electricity and heat average $116 per month. (Lower in the summer, higher in the winter).
Resident pays heat/electricity/phone/internet/cable t.v. Snow removal from parking area and sidewalk. Owner pays water/sewer/garbage/lawn mowing. Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent, $35 processing fee per applicant, go to bluestoneridgerentals for applications. Our student residents have a parent/guardian guarantee of rent. All of our residents have excellent credit, background check, prior rental reference and verification of income of at least 2 1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent. All of our properties are smoke free-party free properties.

Owner pays trash, water sewer, lawn mowing. Tenant pays heat and electricity, phone, Internet, Snow Removal from Parking Space and sidewalk.
