"I have not seen or heard of any special events in my area. However the area is very well kept, neighbors watch out for each other and I have not heard or seen any crimes here."

"Owners clean up their properties and enforce their tenants to keep the yard clean and keep up with the trash & recycle bin on the appointed days part of this neighborhood is not complying with keep keep the neighborhood clean it's a disgrace. "
