"you see people walking their dogs and people jogging theirs a community pool and tennis courts which everyone who pays their home owner association fees you have access to both and you can rent out the club house for special events."

"I have lived in this neighborhood for 2 years and I have no intention of moving from Conyers. I feel relatively safe, especially since my husband has to leave for work before 6AM everyday. I thank God that I haven't had to worry."

"Owners clean up their properties and enforce their tenants to keep the yard clean and keep up with the trash & recycle bin on the appointed days part of this neighborhood is not complying with keep keep the neighborhood clean it's a disgrace. "
