HVAC system is couple yrs old replace all the ductwork & registers, Nest smart wi-Fi thermostat it even knows when you’re not home and adjust the temperature. All 18 can lights are LED & so are all the other lights. Water heater is a GE hybrid & Wi-Fi, radiant heated floors for the bathrooms radiant heat for the entrance around the kitchen island to the sliding glass door is radiant heat. Ceiling fan with LED light in great room and in each bedroom with remotes. installed larger access door to attic and a whole house fan. On the stucco smooth finish and motion sensor LED flood lights all the way around the house and in front of the 16 x 32 barn/shop. Replace shop door and also wooden barn doors with a beautiful set of full glass French doors in case I or you decide to turn that into an apartment. Plenty of RV parking in the pasture too. Completely fenced and cross fence 6 foot fence all the way around and the 16 foot electric gate with a back up battery and operate through the remote or Wi-Fi. Beautifully landscaped with fruit trees and sod lush shrubs for privacy.

There are several riding arenas and lessons available. Houses range from 350-1.4 million. "
