3 bedroom 1 bath older farmhouse situated on 76 acres
rent covers immediate yard surrounding the home garage and barn as well as the pastures are not included as they will be used for animals and gardens. There is a mobile home on the property far from the main house but the driveway is shared. Our home is up further up the mountain and has its own access separate from the rental properties. Home is currently undergoing some basic repairs and has some foundation issues that will be addressed in the future so does have some slanted floors but nothing major and very much livable as is. Has city water and well for watering the yard and such. Very beautiful property with amazing sunrises off the covered porch/carport.

Renter is responsible for all utilities including garbage disposal. Terms can be negotiated month to month would require 1st and last month plus security deposit equal to monthly rent annual only requirement is first month and security deposit equal to one month's rent.
