"I love The ability to walk 7 blocks to dinner or to my office . I can Walk to the Yacht club in 10 minutes or the YMCA in 5 minutes. It’s a Great Diverse community with several new buyers coming in from Metropolitan areas . People are reinvesting in the Homes and bringing back their Historic Charm !"

"Its one of the best area's I ever lived upon. Folks are really nice, plenty to do, bay is great, food is fantastic. Sort of Mayberry type of town. Downtown section is getting very nice. Nothing bad. Type of place where you can let your grandkid sit on your lap while driving down the road. Ok, honestly, I did it several times. Sorry kids."
