Clothes washer and dryer located in unfinished portion of lower level convey. All other items will be removed before settlement. Includes Shed; fully fenced back yard; and driveway for off-street parking. Mature landscaping offers cascade of colors in spring, summer and fall. Those peonies brought from farm where they were first grown almost 100 years ago. A Frederick gem!

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
