The first floor welcomes you with an impressive foyer and a beautiful floating staircase. This level includes a second living room with a leather sectional and 65-inch Smart TV, a workout area, generous closet space, laundry facilities, and a three-quarter bathroom. An oversized, heated two-car garage provides plenty of additional parking and storage.

The second floor is the heart of the home. Designed for gathering and entertaining, it includes one of the primary suites, two bathrooms, the main living room, kitchen, and dining area. Settle into the deep-seated sectional or one of the two swivel chairs and take in the remarkable ocean views. A gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while a Smart TV provides entertainment when it is time to unwind.

At the center of the home is a gourmet kitchen equipped with premium Viking appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, eight-burner gas range, double oven, drawer microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, wine glasses, baking essentials, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and barbecue tools. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a Sonos sound system, board games, life-size outdoor games, ceiling fans, abundant clothing storage, fireplace guards, Smart TVs, free on-site parking, and recycling.

For added peace of mind, the home is equipped with keypad entry, smoke alarms in all bedrooms and hallways, carbon monoxide detectors on every floor, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.

All utilities are included, along with snowplowing and lawn care, making this an effortless and comfortable extended-stay experience.

Smoking is not permitted. Pets may be considered but must be discussed and approved in advance. Approved pets are subject to an additional fee of $50 per month. Housekeeping services may also be arranged for an additional charge, and the cleaning fee is optional.
