Description

great place hit me up.

The Terms:
The large ocean view unit in home (full kitchen/2 bathrooms shared) is $1695 a month. Utilities [electricity, water, cable (comcast high speed, fiber optic internet, water, trash, electric, full laudromat and NFL network) for 100.00 flat fee per month]. Move in requires the first month rent and security deposit of $1000 to move in. It is available january 1st timeframe (negotiable move in earlier is OK too). ALL PARTS OF THIS HOME HAVE EXCELLENT OCEAN VIEWS including this room! Current person is in military and can be out by december 6th. Some pics show empty unit others are in current state but will obviously be cleared out prior to new tenant.

Seeking a working person who is busy and has their own schedule. Preference would be given to a person who is an out of the area commuter. I'm a 40 year old research chemist. I have very busy life and enjoy having cool and chill roomies. I enjoy going out and clubbing too. I used to wrench on cars many years ago so you have access to a kickass very knowledgeable old school mechanic who will keep it straight forward with you as well.

Pacifica:
I have to say that Pacifica is truly a special town. Clean streets, fresh air, nice weather (just south of the fog-line) and a small-town "village" feeling with plenty of access to the big city up north (see below). It's got a great vibe, and a good balance between the regular commuters, the families, the young professionals, and the occasional surfers too! (Pacifica State Beach beach is infamous for it's surf).

Location:
The house is located north pacifica-manor district just off SCENIC Coral Ridge Drive. The city of Pacifica is 10 miles south of San Francisco, and if that's where you're headed you've got a lot of options. The i280 runs along the eastern edge of Pacifica, and there is an entrance less than a mile away from the house. There is a BART stop within 5 minutes drive from the house, and of course route 1 runs right through town, and you can cruise down to Half Moon Bay in less than 20 mins, or get to the big city in about 10 mins (the i280 is faster, about 10 mins to the city, but route 1 is a nicer drive).

Shopping:
Less than a mile down the road you have a small shopping center with Lucky's Market, RiteAid, Starbucks and other small shops. 1 mile east is the Serramonte Shopping Center where you'll find the almighty Target along with 100s of other stores. Few blocks down the hill (on the coast) is Manor Plaza with a Safeway, a 24-Hour Fitness, Auto Parts Store and some really cool independent shops (a great deli, a surfer-bar, and an amazing brick-oven pizza place).

The price of $1795 (rent plus utilities) is a steal for what you get here. NO SMOKERS, NO PETS, NO LIVE IN COUPLES. Guests are very welcome just not EXTENDED guests. Ha ha.

Please call me to schedule a viewing. I'm easy going person and expect the same in any potential tenant. Lastly, serious inquiries only do not really have time for flaky people! Cheers!
