Description

There are more pictures on my face book page under chrissi Johnson. The home is located in cliff haven, 1 block away from the private community owned beach, park and fire station. Nyseg natural gas monitor heat and baseboard heat runs about 200-250 monthly in coldest months. Water is 100 every 3 months. The home has lots of storage, on a dead end street with lots of kids. Our community celebrates most holidays with bbq s and parades etc. We have a pond in back yard that we skate on. The park can be accessed through the trail in the woods so kids don't have to walk on streets. There is lots of storage space and two large living rooms, eat in kitchen, dining room and bedrooms are good size. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and is currently being used as a "mancave"
