One Bed/One Bath Cottage on Lake Champlain. Valcour Cottages are a quaint, vacation rental property where we host vacationers, transient guests, working professionals, and a few longer-term tenants. Our units are mostly one bedroom cottages, with the exception of the main 2-Bedroom house in the center of the property. All utilities are included. Security Deposit required, and a 30-day notice before vacating to receive full deposit back. Off-Street parking included. Fully Furnished. Located on scenic Lake Champlain with a great view of Valcour Island. Close to downtown and the interstate.
