Parking in the garage or driveway only.
Lease duration is 12 months and requires first and last month's rent, and security deposit at lease signing. Breaking of lease requires a 30-day notice, and forfeiture of security deposit plus an additional one month rent of $1,750.00
All pets must be approved by owner. Pet rent applies.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
