New double pane windows and slider at the rear of the house. Shutters and hurricane panels for every window and door, and there is a hurricane rated garage door to 130 mph. The kitchen was remodeled about five years ago with solid plywood in all Hickory wood. All the drawers and cabinets pullouts are also full extension, soft close doors and drawers, and built-in wine rack and spice rack.
