Meticulously maintained non-smoking home. Roof is only 5 years old, exterior was fully and professionally painted less than 3 years ago. A/C is 5 years old, water heater is 2 years old. Beautiful large refrigerator is 6 months old and dishwasher less than 2 years old. Great location, close to Central Park in Five Lakes for walking, biking, kayaking, etc. Nearby shopping at Publix, WalMart and many restaurants. Also, very close to medical complexes and AdventHealth hospital. Check out the beautiful landscaping, and parking for at least five cars. Also, there is a dining room that could easily be converted to a 3rd bedroom. A new sewer line from the house to the street was installed ~2 years ago (about $2,200). New double pane windows and slider at the rear of the house. Shutters and hurricane panels for every window and door, and there is a hurricane rated garage door to 130 mph. The kitchen was remodeled about five years ago with solid plywood in all Hickory wood. All the drawers and cabinets pullouts are also full extension, soft close doors and drawers, and built-in wine rack and spice rack.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
