Please read this full write up before reaching out to me. Thank you! This one bedroom fully furnished and equipped condo was fully renovated 5 years ago. It is very close to beach, stores, restaurants, I-95, airport and much more. Its an end unit at an end of the row complex, very quiet. Rent is $1250 which includes HOA, Water/sewer. Tenant pays electric and wifi. Landlord keeps both accounts (Wi-fi and Electric) in her name with monthly submittals for reimbursement due when rent is due. . There is no cable hook up here. NO PETS or SMOKERS. Available January 15, 2025. Short term of 8 months available and then we go from there. It is possible to extend this term. I get many inquiries so please give a brief synopsis of your situation before we speak, ex: source of income, pets, smokers, term needed. Absolutely no pets, so sorry. I love them but no on this. Thanks!

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
