2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDon't send your kids here just don't. When I was in the fifth grade my teacher left to go help his wife out with their new baby. For two weeks we got some packets that we worked on but then we just stop receiving them. This went on for another 2 months and nobody really cared. We played games on our computers all day and weren't learning a thing. The principal did not care about the students and when they would tell her that they were getting bullied she wouldn't care. There are some good teachers but the majority of them don't know how to teach and don't care about their students. When I left this school and went on to middle school I saw a major change in academics and I was actually learning stuff and even managed to get into Classical High School. This school is a joke please don't send your kids here.Other Review3y ago - Robert L Bailey IV, Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school year for my son hasn't been the greatest, to start with his teacher was mostly absent and he was already getting tired of having substituted or ending with another class in a different grade, sometimes with first graters. now his teacher is not coming back there is a substitute teacher that we hope she can stay until the end of the school year.Parent Review1y ago - Central High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe worst teachers. Like coming from a private school my child just is so far ahead. Like the kids here are way behind they offer a poor curriculum. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIs a VERY GOOD SCHOOL! They have PRE-K (Early Intervention / K / Head-start or whatever you want to call it) for Parents interested in Early education for their Toddlers (2-4 year old) My Daughter is doing 9:35 AM to 12:20 PM. Wished I could get her in a Program from 9 AM to 3 PM like my nieces, but that was all they could offer. There are other places; like CCAP in Cranston that do offer 9-3 but most of then are lottery plus you have to be a resident. They also help your kid with speech delay if need be, plus other individual learning programs (ILP).I Like this school for my Kid, she started at age of 3. Will be attending PRE-K until shes 5 then continue in the same school for Elementary Education. I believe they do PRE-K to 5th Grade.Parent Review2y ago - Mary E. Fogarty El. School

"The only thing unique about the area is the bike path and the historic mill (groden center now) other than that you have stop and shop, family dollar, cvs, etc... Manon avenue isnt what it used to be you have horrible drivers crime rate is up drug use is out of control you have club wendys open until 4am if you dont see your regular shows from the customers the workers will give you an ear full in the parking lot at 4am!!! I used to love my area now i cant wait to leave i dont know how they are closing family dollars left and right and this disorganized mess of a store is still open you should see what goes on there too!!! My advice RUN!!"
