Welcome to Mallard Manor, a beautifully furnished five bedroom historic home in the heart of Eugene. We have traditionally hosted short and mid term guests, and are now seeking monthly renters while also considering, for the first time, longer school year or annual leasing terms.
The home is unique because it is already fully stocked, professionally designed, and ready to live in from day one. Every room has been thoughtfully furnished and prepared for guests, with a warm design aesthetic, spacious common areas, and everything needed for a comfortable extended stay.
Because the home is offered furnished and we do not have capacity to store existing furniture, this is best suited for renters who are not planning to bring their own furniture beyond smaller personal items. Ideally, we are looking for tenants who appreciate the character, comfort, and professional design of the home as shown in the photos.
Centrally located near the University of Oregon, dining, shopping, parks, and many of Eugene's favorite local spots, Mallard Manor is ideal for visiting professionals, families, university affiliated renters, or those seeking a furnished school year stay in one of Eugene's most charming neighborhoods.
Fully furnished and move in ready. Available beginning August 9, with monthly rental options considered. We are also open to a longer school year lease, ideally through June 10, 2027. For monthly and longer term stays, tenants are responsible for utilities through a supplementary utility charge of $500 per month, with any excess utility usage billed through to tenants. No smoking. Lease duration and terms to be discussed based on timing, length of stay, and household needs. A full June stay may be considered with an additional seasonal rate adjustment.
