Two car covered, gated carport with electric garage door as well as street parking options. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Wonderful neighborhood with 2 grocery stores, 3 hospitals, multiple schools, too many restaurants to name and Indian Steel Park (has a dog park) all within a half mile with light rail access and a 24 hour Walgreens at the end of the block.

Owner pays city services (trash and water) and landscaping maintenance. Renter pays gas and electric. Pet restriction of 30lbs only because the yard is landscaped with large river rocks which are not ideal for pet waste. If renter is willing to walk their dogs rather than use the yard we can negotiate larger breeds. Smoking is not allows inside. Renter has access to 2 parking spots in the enclosed car port which is accessible via a double garage door from the alley. The 2 parking spaces in the front of the property are reserved for the front unit but there is additional free parking available across the street in front of the open lots. Tenants are responsible for putting out and retrieving trash bins during trash pickup days.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
