"This is a fantastic area. Very upscale and safe. It is located north of Coco plum circle, five minutes from Coco walk, Minutes to UM, Mercy hospital, Coral gables, 10 minutes to Brickell ave, 15 to 20 minutes to South beach. Very lush and clean.close to water, best resturants. Also very safe. It is an extremely pet friendly and fitness friendly area. Close to everything, yet private and quiet. Love it."
