Five minutes to numerus restaurants and shops with new mall opening in October 2014. Ten minute to Lakewood Ranch shops and 15-20 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 25 minutes to beaches and St. Armands. "

Convenient to everything--downtown Sarasota, beaches, museums, culture, sports, shopping and restaurants, airport, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Venice & Ft. Myers/Naples.
