The building is at 68 Linden Street in Everett and is close to Route 16, Route 99, Main Street, and Broadway. It is also about a mile to I-93 into Boston. There are several major bus lines that are just one block away. It is also about a mile to the Wellington Station Orange Line MBTA Subway Station into Boston.
The building is older, but very well maintained and features:

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
