    • Stella Gelesh
"It’s a dangerous place. Gunshots, helicopters, SWAT teams, high people in the park, police raids every weekend. "
    • Rob Kancilia
"My commute to downtown Denver is short and easy. Lowry is very conveniently located to both central Denver and DIA"
    • Tv97dpzfxc
"A lot of dog owners and everyone is good at keeping their dog on leash or in their yard. There are cats that live in the neighborhood and none of the dogs have attacked or harmed any of them in the 2 years I’ve been here. "
    • Sara Beldt
"Easy trails, small creek and lots of green parks with mature trees. Very peaceful yet plenty of young fun families that like to be outdoors. "
    • Goombao
"Dog owners are everywhere! Very friendly, most people pick up after their dogs. Very few off leash. "
    • Thomas Greene
"They would like the walkability and the access to all of the different parks and resources. They would also love how dog friendly mostly everywhere is. However, they would not like the amount of dog waste that is left in some places (left unattended, it prevents other dogs from wanting to “go potty” in those areas)"
    • Goombao
"Lots of people walking their dogs, everyone is friendly. Nice trails and parks nearby. Forty plus years in this area. "
    • AC
"I used to love this neighborhood, but it has gone downhill the past couple of years. If I had children, I would not feel comfortable letting them play in the front yard due to cars consistently driving over the speed limit. "
    • Trulia User
"Many dogs in the area but plenty of safe areas to walk and parks to visit. Most owners are friendly and respectful. "
    • Trulia User
"Community events, block parties, volleyball in the park, fishing, Trick or treating around the neighborhood, School events, Neighborhood get togethers."
    • Trulia User
"I have no idea because I don’t have a dog It would probably be best to talk to somebody who has a dog in the neighborhood"
    • Trulia User
"the homeless come through often but there are nice playgrounds. it's not a dangerous neighborhood but petty theft is a thing from the homeless."
    • Trulia User
"I ride my bicycle to work. Denver drivers drive too fast, but the narrow streets and decent bike lanes make it work okay."
    • Trulia User
"Apartment complexes are nice for the gated. They recently built a very nice park, large playground for kids, dog park, open field and a community garden. "
    • Trulia User
"This neighborhood is a lot of apartment complex's. There is a mix of ages and families. Pretty Dirty Streets but brand new parks and just re did roads. Right next to stores easily walkable."
    • Trulia User
"Awesome place to live. Close to the city but just far enough away where you really have some space for yourself. Very safe and well maintained properties"
    • Trulia User
"great community lots to do with your family. Ruby Hill has an event every day and weekend they have a pool as well"
    • Trulia User
"ive lived in the area for my hole childhood untill now 23 years old. all neighbors are great has been great living in this area"
    • Trulia User
"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."
    • Trulia User
"All the homeless people make for a variety of scenery and keep you guessing lol also you can’t leave your car unlocked or anything valuable m/personal in it"
    • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, clean, and safe. This feels like a suburb in the middle of the city!"
    • Trulia User
"Super safe for kids, the cherry Creek trail is very close and really nice. Multiple parks in walking distance. Great schools. "
    • Trulia User
"Great mix of young and old. It’s close to Washington Park and most homes are very well kept. It feels safe and the neighbors are friendly."
    • Trulia User
"I work in Boulder-do it’s 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic on US36. Not too bad most days. My partner works downtown, and his commute is 12 to 15 minutes."
    • Trulia User
"Comfortable and easy to use and very friendly people who are my friends and neighbors and a great bus driver who is kind and caring and helpful to my community and my commute."
    • Trulia User
"The commute is very short. It is about 20 minutes anywhere in the Denver metro area. Right by a light rail and a bus stop"
    • Trulia User

    • Trulia User
"Nothing is special about this area. I’m planning on moving out in the near future. People don’t greet you if they are out. The neighborhood is dirty and not kept up. There are multitudes of homeless people sleeping everywhere you go. "
    • Trulia User
"Disconnected from Denver. Great neighborhood for families if you don’t want to be in the hustle of downtown Denver"
    • Trulia User
"Easy access to both downtown and Denver international airport convenient but not easiest for public transit"
    • Trulia User

    • Trulia User
"Not sure honestly I’ve never participated in any but I’ve seen things happening in Jefferson Park like concerts and coordinated events. "
    • Trulia User
"Best Halloween ever! Oneida is closed off and most neighbors participate in decorations, fog machine's, music. It's also a very active place tons of people out walking dogs and kids at the park and everyone is so friendly"
    • Trulia User
"I love the baker neighborhood!! One of my favorites!! Great little apartments. Good place for people looking for a place to live that’s always got something going on, right off broadway so there’s a lot of stuff always happening. "

"Fantasy football Organising a fantasy football contest can be a fun event that lasts weeks. Then have a final event at the end to celebrate the winners!"
