We've owned this home for 6 years and personally lived in it for 5. Here's what we love about it:

* The backyard! Two orange trees and plenty of grass to run around. We've had amazing summer BBQs out there.
* The pool has a heater. The spa is great when the weather cools in the Fall.
* There are essentially 3 en suite bedrooms. The master and second primary are upstairs. The 3rd downstairs has a bathroom also accessible to the pool area.
*It's less than 2 minutes to hop on the 405 without feeling like you live near the freeway. The house is on a quiet cul de sac with plenty of privacy.
*Split system HVAC, meaning you can control the AC or heat upstairs or downstairs, which saves a lot in utilities (and you can set schedules to manage it.) New solar panels were installed in 2022 as well.
* Have kids? The little treehouse is all theirs!

Professional pool service and landscaping are included in the rental price.

ABOUT THE ADU CONSTRUCTION

A detached accessory dwelling unit is currently under construction on a separate portion of this property. The main residence and primary outdoor areas are fully available for tenant use. The ADU is excluded from the initial 6-month lease period.

Construction is estimated to complete within 12 weeks. We're giving generous leeway in the initial rental price to account for it. Standard construction activity will occur weekdays, 8am 5pm. Tenants acknowledge this temporary activity as part of the lease agreement.

Once complete, the ADU will have its own separate address and can be rented independently or bundled with the main residence, at tenant discretion.

It’s a good community with lots of lot space where even in heavy commuter traffic you can get to the west side in ~45 mins. This feels especially satisfying compared to further out communities that people go for similar space but require 1-1.5 hour commutes each way."
