Has awesome breakfast nook, dining room, office, living room upstairs, custom deck that connects garage to house, large bonus room above 2 bay garage. Nice landscaping with soccer field and water feature. Great family home with over two acres to store toys. Has chicken coop and fenced in garden. Only 15 minutes from Bend and in desirable Sisters school district. Centrally located between Sister's, Redmond and Bend. We would like at least a 1 year lease. No utilities are included. One cat and smaller dog is OK. House is not furnished. Landscaping is substantial with lots of upkeep. Tenants must take care of landscaping or you can pay our landscaper to take care of it all for you. Spring and Fall yard clean up is required. It is show ready! Full interior was just painted. Kitchen still looks brand new. Has beautiful Pella windows and top quality finishes. 2.2 acre property. Community well water. Fiber optic internet wired to house.
