The Quickway Mart on the corner is incredibly convenient if you need anything last minute and Albertsons and Natural Grocer are both about 1 mi away.

The existing tenant has been wonderful but her situation has changed and she needs to move. She will be showing the place since we currently live in England.
Home is unfurnished. No Smoking. Tenants responsible for gas, water and electricity plus yard maintenance and renter's insurance. Trash and internet (140/20mbps up/down from CenturyLink) included and is roughly a $100 value. The home is a smart home with wireless thermostat, whole house fan, ring doorbell and more. Typically 1 year lease but will consider signing a longer lease. Pets accepted with additional $500 pet deposit and $25/mo
