About this House

**This unit is currently furnished; however, we may be open to renting it unfurnished for qualified long-term tenants. Our preference is a longer-term lease, so if an unfurnished arrangement would better suit your needs, please contact us to discuss.**

This basement unit is a cozy, well-thought-out space that feels private and welcoming from the moment you walk in. It has its own entrance, so coming and going is easy, and the layout makes great use of the space with a nice mix of comfort and functionality. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, plus a futon for lounging or an extra sleep spot if needed. There's also a desk for getting work done.

The bathroom has been newly renovated and features a tub/shower combo with a rain showerhead, perfect for a long, relaxing rinse after a busy day. The living room has a warm, lived-in feel, with a sectional couch, a fireplace for heating, and a TV ready for movie nights or catching up on shows. The kitchenette has been fully updated and has everything you need to cook or reheat meals, including all the essentials in a clean, modern setup. There's also a small dining area, just right for solo meals or eating with a friend.

While the unit is private, you'll share some common spaces with the upstairs unit, including a shared foyer with a laundry area, super convenient for doing laundry without leaving the house. There's also a shared deck with a grill and a cute little breakfast spot where you can have your morning coffee or enjoy dinner outside. The backyard offers extra space to get some fresh air or hang out when the weather's nice. Driveway parking is available right outside, so it's easy to come and go.

This place is close to just about everything, just 2 minutes from nearby hospitals and with quick access to both D.C. and Baltimore. Whether you're here for work, a short-term stay, or something in between, this unit is set up to make things easy and comfortable.

Long term lease preferred. Our property is no smoking and a fee will be charged if there is smoking on the premises.
