The upstairs unit is completely private with a separate entrance to the home from the separate basement unit contained downstairs. Also accessible from the upper unit, is the share foyer area leading to the shared laundry room, super convenient for doing laundry without leaving the house. There's also a shared deck with a grill and a cute little breakfast spot where you can have your morning coffee or enjoy dinner outside. The backyard offers extra space to get some fresh air or hang out when the weather's nice, with a playset for little ones to use as well. Street parking is available right outside, so it's easy to come and go.

This place is close to everything, just 2 minutes from nearby hospitals and with quick access to both D.C. and Baltimore. Whether you're here for work, a short-term stay, or something in between, this unit is set up to make things easy and comfortable.
