About this House

Recently renovated home, has just been repainted since last occupant. Home comes with all appliances including washer and drier.
The rear detached 400 SF bonus room has its own full bathroom and is a great space for home office, gym, or private guest room. Please be aware sub leasing this space is strictly forbidden.

    "The area is close to Hollywood, Downtown or the Beaches. Public schools are generally good. Private schools are local too. Wouldn’t consider this neighborhood today because of the over abundance of apartments. Not sure what else to say. Other than it’s a decent neighborhood besides those things I’ve mentioned. Riverside and Milliken are great schools."
