"Great place to live, friendly people around. Safe and clean. Great for kids and pets. Safe for parking on the street if needed. "
  • stefuhneee
"My only hesitation is the incline in most of the driveways, it has actually kept us from pursuing another home in this neighborhood. Upon viewing the home, we pulled into the driveway and the whole bottom of our car scraped. It was unfortunate that they weren’t built up a bit for cars. Noticed a lot of trucks and SUV’s at no surprise. Very nice and safe neighborhood, nonetheless. "
  • Brandi H
"School location. Parks. Safe place getting off the school bus. Staying on the side walks when playing. "
  • James L.
"Great quiet neighborhood. Well maintained yards and friendly neighbors! Great value in housing and close to interstate, restaurants and shopping! Kid friendly neighborhood! If your looking for great value for your dollar this is the place for you!"
  • Brad D.
"they would like the sidewalks. would be better if we had a dog park but it's good space to walk dogs. streets are a little busy. if your dog were to get out or away from you it would be dangerous. "
  • Lynn7402
"I love it been here since 1955 and wouldn’t live anywhere else, it’s changed but in a good way. Dddddd"
  • S t.
"Everyone is really friendly and wave when you walk or drive by. There are families of all different ages. "
  • myintentiondevineintervention
"I used to live in the area. I found it to be safe, quiet, friendly, clean & very beautiful in the spring, summer and fall. Most of the residents take good care of their property and if they fail to do so the HOA is quick to address the issue. There is a pond in the subdivision where I used to take my kids to feed the ducks. There is a Value Market near by that is a full service grocery and it is within walking distance. Apple Valley is close to many affordable retail stores and restaurants. I really enjoyed raising a family there. Over all it is a great place to live!"
  • Delysia M.
"Great are, close to freeways, and close to shopping areas including the Jefferson Mall, walking distant to K-12 schools, nice, quiet neighborhood, private street"
  • Iris T. B.
"Family friendly. close to everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. "
