About this House
Furnished home for rent while we are temporarily away. Back property of twin home. Built to be fun for grandchildren, so it would be a great family home. Within walking and easy biking distance to BYU, downtown Provo, and Provo City Center Temple. Fair access to public transportation. Two-car garage with Level-2 electric vehicle charger, Google Fiber, also wired for Comcast if prefered. Very large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. Sewing room and/or den could be used as additional bedrooms if desired.
We own a rental property next door. We would consider a significant reduction in rent if tenants were willing to manage the rental property while we were gone. We anticipate being gone from the end of August 2026 to the end of July 2028.
Tenant pays for all utilities at actual cost. Owner will carry property insurance, but tenant needs to carry renters insurance. Tenant will be screened on the basis of projected ability to make payments, expected lease time, and qualifications as a property manager. Zoning restricts number of unrelated people in rental, so this is a better fit for a family than a group of unrelated singles.
