    "Nearby school, fairly quiet compared to others areas on this side of town. Well kept yards, neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Some loose dogs roam the neighborhood but donā€™t cause any problems besides barking and they donā€™t seem to be strays. Nice and spacious mid-century single family homes. Some issues with people speeding and skipping stop signs later at night. No issues with packages and deliveries being left on the porch. Overall a good place to live. "

    "Saturday market as well as events at local park. Food drives, Toys for tots around Christmas time. people are friendly and willing to help out one another. I have lived here for 25 years and feel safe walking down the street by myself. we have everything stores, restaurants, bakery's, banks credit Union, Grocery stores, Walmart super store as well as Fred Meyers, movie theaters. parks, trails, all right outside your front door extremely convenient ! we also have beautiful views of the mountains.
