This is an older house that has been split into an upper and lower unit, this is the upper unit for rent. It has charm and the feel of a single family home. Very different from the new and modern buildings popping up everywhere but more quaint and private and also priced accordingly.

One year lease required.
First month's rent and the equivalent of one month's rent for security deposit to move in.
Good credit, rental history and references are a must.
