Our homes under the master plan of this area didn’t matter- city council -ha- tossed out -now the neighborhood has and will continue to change its very disheartening. The area will turn from custom homes to a dense overpopulated neighborhood that’s why we are selling. No longer will you see horses, kids, dogs , but fast cars crime, and not enough city services to handle what exists already. There has been several robberies in our neighborhood. One dead body. Check before you buy. No sugar coating here- just the facts - happy house hunting "
