Minimum rental agreement is 1 year. Rent preferred by the 1st of each month and is due by the 10th of each month via Zillow, Zelle, Venmo, electronic transfer. Security deposit of $2500 is due at signing and will be refunded if no damage to property beyond ordinary wear and tear. Pets are negotiable and will be subject to and additional $100 per month due to added lawn upkeep. Late fees of $50 per month if rent is paid past the 15th of each month.
