This studio apartment is available June 1st. it is conveniently located in downtown Bowling Green, one block from Mellow Mushroom, four blocks from the square, five blocks from WKU campus, and minutes from everywhere else in town. It is in the top floor of a renovated older home and has off street parking, thermopane replacement windows, an open floor plan, a small balcony with a nice view. Please contact me before applying. Owner pays water and sewer - tenant pays electric only. We have a no smoking policy. We do allow cats, but do not allow dogs in apartments, as they can disturb other tenants in the house.

    "I have never saw buses in Bowling Green my with the exception of school buses. A lot of thieves, people coming in out of your unit and they have a serious problems with RATS. A Hackers paradise. Not the best place to live."
