Tenants are responsible for both electricity and cable/internet. Small pets allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $300 pet fee. One parking space is included in the rent!
With only a short walk to H Street, this condo offers great accessibility to groceries, restaurants, stores and public transportation. Enjoy a night in with carryout from Far East Taco Grille (a Nest fave!) or stroll over the bustle of H Street and check out great restaurants like Toki Underground, The Queen Vic, or Cusbah.
